Dutch Baskets is a family owned and operated business. We desire to build a relationship of integrity, trust and service with all of our customers. WE PROMISE THAT: We will not sell, distribute, barter, transfer or share any personal information from any of our corporate clients or customers to any third party. EVER. With Absolutely No Exceptions!

Online Order Security

We understand the importance of feeling assured that your online Internet transaction is secure. Because of this, all orders are protected using Secure Socket Layers (SSL). A Web page address that begins with “https://” indicates that an SSL connection is used. You should see a “lock” or “key” icon in the address bar of your web browser window (at least in some browsers) indicating the connection status. Our Order Form page uses SSL to protect the privacy of your online Internet transaction.

We reserve the right to substitute items for equal or greater value in our gift baskets depending on availability.

Shipping Policies

Our flat rate shipping outside our local delivery area will be via USPS or Fedex. Delivery times will vary from 1 to 6 days depending on location. We are not responsible for packages after they leave our shop. If a package gets lost or damaged we will refund your money if we can get a refund from the carrier.

Orders need to be received by 8:00 AM (our time) to be shipped the same day. We don’t deliver on Saturdays, but you may pick up your order. We are closed Sundays. If you’ve selected Lancaster County Delivery, we’ll try to deliver on this date. If the order is shipped, we’ll try to ship in time for your order to arrive on or before the date you enter. (Please keep in mind that this is not always possible.) If you have more specific details you’d like to share about delivery/shipping, please enter it in the order notes.
